61030.5.4 CI&I Report

  • The inmate’s CI&ICriminal Identification and Information SSCHState Summary - Criminal History report shall be requested from State DOJDepartment Of Justice by the reception center. If not received before the inmate’s transfer, it shall be forwarded to the receiving institution for proper inclusion in the inmate’s C-file.
