62040.12 Transfer

  • Transfers from the reception centers to other institutions shall be handled as other reception cases, unless unusual aspects of the case require special review by the Chief, Classification Services, or the DRBDepartmental Review Board for placement determination. The Interstate Unit shall be notified any time the inmate is transferred and prior to the inmate’s release.
