73010.11.1 Appellate Court Decisions

• In instances where the sentence is modified by the appellate court, the Legal Status Summary shall be changed in accordance with the decision of the appellate court upon receipt of a certified copy of a Remittitur from the appellate court.

• Where the appellate court directs the case to the Superior Court for re-sentencing, and by opinion leaves open-ended the structure for re-sentencing, the Legal Status Summary shall be changed upon receipt of an amended Abstract of Judgment and/or Minute Order from the Superior Court.
