Parole Hearing Reservations

The Reservation Portal for parole proceedings is currently unavailable as we make revisions to better assist you. In the meantime, if you have received a notice for an upcoming parole suitability hearing and wish to participate, please contact OVSRS via phone at 1-877-256-6877 or via email at victimservices@cdcr.ca.gov.

Please note: Per Californian Penal Code Section 3043, victims of crime or family members of a victim, Representatives and/or Support persons may request to participate in the incarcerated person’s parole proceeding at least 15 days before the hearing.
