  • This unit conducts the research and development activities related to determining the feasibility of waste management programs within specific jurisdictions. It plans and designs the physical plant based on customer need, and represents CDCRCalifornia Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation in educating municipalities on CALPIACalifornia Prison Industry Authority (formerly PIA)’s CRRF program.
