31070.3 Definitions

• For this article only the following definitions apply:

  • Employee: a person employed by the State of California, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCRCalifornia Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation).

  • Individual: an employee, volunteer, CDCRCalifornia Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation retiree, consultant, contractor, union representative, or advisory group member.
