31070.8.6 Firearms Qualifications

  • Every PCPenal Code Subsection 830.5 honorably retired correctional Peace Officer who has been issued a CCW endorsement shall qualify annually with the concealed firearm, beginning in the calendar year of the date of issue. Those correctional Peace Officers listed in
    PCPenal Code Subsections 830.2(d)(1) and (2) are exempt from this requirement.
