LONG TERM OFFENDER REENTRY RECOVERY PROGRAM (LTORR)
The Long-Term Offender Reentry Recovery (LTORR) is a residential program for individuals that have served long term, or life sentences. LTORR focuses on life skills and successful reintegration back into the community through peer-driven support, assistance, and guidance.
All individuals on active parole supervision are eligible to participate for up to 180 days with the possibility of up to an additional 185 days, based on assessed need.
Incarcerated individuals will be referred by the Board of Parole Hearings if they are found suitable for release to parole supervision.
Individuals on active parole supervision should speak with their Agent of Record regarding appropriate placement.
Individuals on, or being released to, community supervision through Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS)/County Probation are not eligible for DRP’s programs.
LTORR provides a compilation of services based on the individual needs of each participant, including:
- Safe, clean, substance-free housing
- Meals
- Programming
- Stress management
- Victim awareness
- Computer supported literacy
- Substance abuse education (based on assessed need)
- 52-week Batterer’s Treatment Program (based on assessed need)
- Supervision
